- HOW CAN I PAY?
You can use the following payment methods to make a purchase in our on-line store:
- Maestro (if you wish to pay by Maestro debit card, make sure you first activate it for online shopping - you can do that in the bank that issued your card),
- payment on delivery (with cash or card).
When paying, make sure you go through the whole payment process in the same window. Do not open a new tab, window or browser. If you do not do so, an error might occur and you might not finish the payment process successfully.
- IS CREDIT CARD USE SAFE?
Yes, credit card use is safe. We pay extremely high attention to data safety of our customers, therefore our on-line store accepts only payments with cards that support 3D Secure protocol and complies with the PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard), which means that the data of payment and payment card holders is fully protected.
- WHY WAS THE CARD DECLINED?
If the card was declined, check:
- the card’s expiration date (the card might have expired), - if you have exceeded your authorized spending limit (the payment might be larger than the maximum transaction allowed for your account), - if you have entered all the information correctly and filled in all the required fields, - that your card supports 3D Secure protocol.* *If your card does not support 3D Secure protocol, we advise you make your payment by using PayPal, which is a simple and free solution for safe online shopping. However, you can also pay by cash on delivery.
- WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE ORDER WAS CHARGED TWICE?
In your account you might see reservation of the amount and not the real charge of the card. For more information we advise you to contact your bank or our customer service by calling 080 45 44 (from Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:00) or by using the contact form.
- HOW DO I PAY WITH PAYPAL?
If you want to pay for your order with PayPal, you must first register on their website. The registration is free, quick and easy.
- CAN I CHANGE SHOPPING BAG CONTENT IN AN OUTSIDE PAYING SYSTEM?
Do not click "Back" in an outside paying system such as PayPal or SaferPay or you might lose the content of your shopping bag. In PayPal, click "Cancel and continue to Magistrat International, d. o. o." or "Cancel" if you are paying with your credit card. You will be redirected to the online store where you will be able to change the content of your shopping bag.
- CAN I PAY FOR THE ORDER IN THE STORE WHEN I PICK IT UP?
No, for now the payment in the store is not possible. Picking up the order in the store is currently only possible with a prepayment in on-line store.
- WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE INVOICE?
After you pay for your order, we will send you the invoice by e-mail. The list of ordered items will be enclosed in your package.
