- HOW DO I CHANGE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
If you wish to change your personal information, password or delivery address, you first need to log into your user account and then choose My Account in the top right menu. You can edit your personal information in the section Settings by choosing Personal Information or simply by clicking Edit.
If you wish to change your password, choose Change Password in the section Settings.
- HOW DO I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?
In the section Address book in your user account, you can also add, change or remove delivery address. You can also change the delivery address during the purchase process in the step Delivery and billing method.
- CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY METHOD OR STORE AND ADD, REMOVE OR MODIFY THE ITEMS ONCE THE ORDER IS COMPLETED?
No, you cannot change the order once you have submitted it. You can only cancel it but only if the goods have not yet left the warehouse. If you have made a mistake, contact our customer service by calling 080 45 44 (from Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:00) as soon as possible and we will cancel you order in case the goods have not left the warehouse yet. However, we would like to remind you that due to the fast processing of orders and as we strive for delivery in the shortest possible time, there is a considerable possibility that the order has already left the warehouse.
