If you choose to pick up the order in one of our Gap stores (Citypark, Emporium) or in Galerija Emporium, the delivery is free. When your order is ready to be picked up, we will send you an e-mail and an SMS notification. To pick up the package, you need your personal document and the order number. Your order will wait for you for 10 days in the selected store. If you do not pick it up during this period of time, we will cancel it and return the items to the store. We will refund the purchase money in the same way the payment was made. In case you choose to pick up your items at store, you will only be able to pay using a credit card or Paypal before placing the order. Cash or credit card payment at store is not possible.

Your order can also be picked up at the store by a third person. They should tell the store cashier the name of the buyer and the number of the order and show on the mobile phone screen the e-mail message or an SMS notification (forwarded by the buyer) that the order is ready for pickup. Then, they show their personal document and sign the package pickup (bear in mind that this is only possible if you pay for your order in advance in the online store).

We would kindly like to warn you that you bear full responsibility for the order if you authorize a third person to pick it up.
