Choosing the item

In the menu at the top of the website choose the category: Women, GapFit, Men, Girls, Boys, Toddler, Baby, etc.
Within each category subcategories are displayed. Choose the subcategory or type of clothing you are interested in (Jeans, Hoodies & Sweatshirts, Trousers, Tees & tops, etc.).
By clicking on an individual item you are redirected to the extended view with the item details (available colors and sizes, item composition and item description, etc.).
Choose the color, size and quantity you want and click Add to bag. A quick shopping bag is also available where you can add the selected item to the bag by clicking on the button below it, without opening the extended view with the item details. When your shopping is done, click on the bag in the upper right corner or select Go to bag.

Choose whether you want to receive your order at the selected address or pick it up in one of our Gap stores.
In this step you can still change item quantity or remove an item from the bag. By clicking Change attributes you can change item color and size (you can change these characteristics in the first and second step of the shopping bag). From here you can also move the item to wish list by clicking Save to wish list.
If you have a promotional code, enter it on the right side and choose Apply.
Then you can continue the purchase as a guest, sign in or register.

Address

Enter the billing address and the delivery address (if it is different from the billing address). If the addresses are the same, check Same as my billing address.

Order summary

On the right side, in the section Order summary, check if all the information you entered is correct. If not, click Back and edit the information.
Confirm the order by clicking Submit order.
If you have chosen payment by card or PayPal, you will be redirected to a safe payment website where you enter all the necessary information to make the payment. If you have chosen payment by delivery, you will pay for your order to the delivery service.
You will soon receive an e-mail confirming your order.
